Better Choices Website Wins Award

We are thrilled to share that our website, BetterChoices.vote has been recognized with a Silver Award in Graphic Design/Advertising by the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC). The award was presented at the 2026 AEJMC Festival of Visual and Interactive Media, a blind-juried, peer-reviewed international competition to Adrienne Hooker and Dave Wang, both professors in the School of Media Arts and Design at James Madison University, for their exceptional work bringing our mission to life through design.

Great design is about more than good looks. It communicates and engages. Adrienne and Dave’s work captures the core of what Better Choices for Democracy stands for: an election system designed to ensure EVERY voter matters, and every voter has an equal say who is elected to represent them. We are grateful for their talent and dedication, and proud that our website is being recognized as a model for clear, compelling communication for the next generation of election innovation.
