Founder and President of IVC Media LLC and a partner at the law firm of Peace & Shea LLP.

Under Chad’s leadership, IVC Media has grown into a uniquely nonpartisan digital consulting firm for political causes and candidates and has won Golden Pollie and Reed Awards for excellence in a number of digital media campaigns. Chad was recognized by the AAPC as a 40 under 40 industry professional to watch and honored with the 17th annual Anti-corruption award by the New York Independence Clubs in 2017.

Under Chad’s leadership, IVC Media has grown into a binational full-stack digital media firm for political, corporate, governmental clients. IVC has won numerous Pollie and Reed awards for creative digital media, including the prestigious “Campaign of Excellence” award for best initiative campaign in the nation from the AAPC in 2019.

IVC Media is best known for conducting the voter education effort for California’s successful nonpartisan top-two primary proposition and for shattering third-party online fundraising records by raising more than $10 million from 200,000 individuals for a third-party presidential candidate in 2016.

IVC Media has offices in San Diego, California and Tijuana, Mexico.

Chad earned his law degree from the University of San Diego, where he was President of the International Arbitration Team and remains involved with the team as a voluntary coach.
